Single Malt Scotch Ratings What Is Your Favorite Single Malt Scotch And Why?

What is your favorite single malt scotch and why? - single malt scotch ratings

I already have many brands and types of single malt scotch. I found the price and age is not always indicitive of taste and quality. I like to meet favorites, so I can forward and seek a higher quality of whiskey without the help of the success (and sometimes without) a system that I use now.

My favorite is Macallan 12 years. From my experience, most single malts years, are a bit hard. The Macallan is in oak casks from Jerez, which have a big nose and taste from. What I really recommend you try it.
Do not go and buy a whole bottle ... Try your hand at some local bar.
Enjoy!

I prefer Lagavulin by its smoky flavor from the peat filter. Age malt oak barrles expoxe elements in a cave.

I'm going to mix for that reason. Johnny Walker Black look very smooth and not bad price. You can also try to mix with the whiskey sour 4:1. You can burn and the aromas and taste of the underlying.

depends entirely on your favorite scent. I like the taste of peat some of the Islay malts, one in particular caught my attention for the price and availability. Bowmore 12 years Islay Malt Whiskey is a fairly unknown, but for the price, its fantastic. The oak barrels of aging are burned in a taste of peat whiskey give incredibly strong, and since they are stored outdoors, the sea spray tennis to be found. Not as good as something like Lagavulin over 18 years, but may sometimes be difficult, and a little more expensive.
But as I said, when it comes to whiskey, you'll be surprised, though often repeatedly disappointed. Just keep trying until you find your favorite
